You’ll meet Alan on our Advanced and Intermediate programmes in London. Alan works as a freelance consultant, academic, coach and trainer in human resource management, specialising in management and organisational development. He has extensive consultancy experience in all sectors of the economy and overseas experience in fifteen countries. He has been a Corporate Member of the CIPD for over thirty years and believes that being a practicing consultant and a CIPD tutor mutually supports each other and his own CPD.
