Clare has been delivering Human Resources programmes for 14 years and other business or management-related areas. Clare also lectures at the University of Worcester both undergraduate and postgraduate, having previously been course manager.

She has a great deal of experiencing teaching CIPD level 7 and is an HR expert with a particular interest in personal development and change and leadership and is also a freelance trainer

Before the start of her academic career, she spent 12 years for multinational organisations in the city of London. Including two large banks as HR and Training Manager. Clare is fluent in spoken and written French and has taught in the language.
