Jay has more than 30 years’ experience in the higher education sector, designing, managing and delivering programmes in HR, Business Strategy and Organisation Development.

Jay also delivers training and consultancy to professionals within the H.E. sector and advises educational institutions on enhancing student engagement and success through the incorporation of new learning technologies.

Jay is a national award winner (BECTA) for his pioneering work in ‘Teaching and Learning with Technology’.
