Marco has 12 years’ strong industry experience as a senior Restaurant Manager and Management Trainer in the licensed and Hospitality sectors where he managed businesses as well as facilitating training and development across all levels of the business.

He also has 10 years’ experience in teaching and training delivery in an educational context as a lecturer, where he also develops learning processes to involve learners through using current and new technologies.
