Ray has been delivering CIPD programmes for 17 years and other business or management-related areas. Ray has also been a tutor for the CIPD’s Advanced Award in Reward Management for the last nine years and is a freelance trainer. She has taught in both Further and Higher Education for a number of institutions in Kent and Hertfordshire and as a senior lecturer for ten years in Bedfordshire. Ray has also been an external examiner and moderator. Before the start of her academic career, she had HR roles in hospitality and manufacturing including a short period in Australia.
