How does it work? 

• January 2024, attend three live online workshops led by Dr Lesley McLean.
• Submit one-page initial proposal for the research you will undertake.
• Skype meeting to finalise your research proposal (2,000 words).
• Get feedback on your proposal & supervisor support to help build your research.
• Live online session to guide you through the scoping study (7,000 words).
• Attend two online workshops to ensure you’re on track.
• August 2023, submit your final 15,000-word dissertation.

Your Dissertation 

The dissertation will build your professional and academic knowledge and expertise on a specific area of HR practice. You can link this to a current work project or choose an area you wish to develop for the future. It will enable you to build your credibility and confidence – not only aiding your professional development but also your marketability.
