COVID-19 Impact Survey: Future of Learning & Development

Our survey findings reflect SME’s (49%) and larger organisations (53%) across a broad range of industries in the UK (72%) and Saudi Arabia (22%).

We asked mid-level managers (62%), entry-level (21%) and board-level/senior directors (14%) to understand if individual attitudes have changed between classroom and online delivery training modes as a result of Coronavirus.

We also asked participants about their organisations L&D strategy and 2021 budget, to gain insights on the most important considersations for L&D routes, and the future balance between in-person and online learning for employees.
