Our team is here to support you to make the most out of the apprenticeship levy with our CIPD accredited learning and development programmes.
Our Apprenticeship partners Realise will provide the support needed to make sure you fully understand the apprenticeship levy. They will work with you to tailor a programme which ensures that funds are being used to meet your business needs.
Your L&D Consultant apprentice will typically complete the programme in 20 months and achieve a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development.
Throughout their programme, they will develop their practice as an L&D professional, developing the following skills:
If your organisation has a wage bill of over £3 million a year, you will pay into the apprenticeship levy. Your company then has 24 months to invest this money or lose it.
If your company doesn’t pay into the apprenticeship levy, the government will still fund 95% of the cost of the apprenticeship.
Our expert team will support you to make effective use of the opportunity to:
To complete the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development, you will complete seven written assignments.
You will develop one of the written assignments into a longer work based project. You will then take part in a professional discussion to demonstrate that you have met the learning objectives for the programme. This is called the End Point Assessment (EPA).
When you choose Acacia, we’ll share your details with our preferred apprenticeship partner, Realise. As a national Ofsted-graded training provider, Realise will organise your funding and every aspect of the delivery of your programme.
As an approved CIPD centre, we’ll supply the CIPD qualification and provide Realise with feedback on any assessments your apprentices complete. Our CIPD courses are delivered Live Online or face to face in the Classroom, which makes it easy for students to fit their 20% ‘off-the-job’ training requirement around work.
