Through this module you'll understand the scope, context and complexity of leading strategic change. 

You'll have the opportunity to study how the application of analytical techniques, creative problem-solving, along with theories and models of change can be utilised to help you lead with confidence. 

By the end of this module, you'll also develop your own proposal in an effort to lead a strategic change in an organisation. 

You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between organisational design and the development and achievement of strategic objectives, while also studying the impact of the current and growing factors which influence the necessity for agile and adaptive organisations. 

After having completed this module, you'll be able to develop a proposal for sustainable organisational design and development as well as how to tackle any existing or emerging needs. 

In this module you'll be taught about the strategic management of data and information and how it should be regarded as an opportunity rather than a challenge.

You'll gain a good understanding of the strategic value and function of data and information, while also learning how to analyse strategies for their effective management. 

You'll also get the opportunity to develop your own strategy which aims to improve the use of data and information in a strategic organisational context. 

Through this module you'll be able to assume your own strategic management project of your choice.

In order to do this, you'' be required to construct a business case, propose research design to advise the projects direction as well as recommend project management methods and tools that will help structure its delivery.

Then, you'll report on your project findings and reflect on the skills and practices that will in turn contribute towards a successful strategic management project. 

Through this unit you'll develop an understanding for the approaches towards personal and professional development. 

You'll be able to critically reflect on the interrelationship between the skillset and mindset in order to grow as a strategic leader. You'll also be given the opportunity to reflect and review your own personal, interpersonal and professional capabilities and behaviours, which will in turn help you develop a meaningful personal and professional development plan.
