Janine has over 20 years of experience in HRD, having held senior positions in both the UK and New Zealand.
For the past decade, Janine has run her own consultancy business where she specialises in OD projects and delivering Learning and Development solutions, working with a variety of organisations including The Metropolitan Police, Beiersdorf AG (Nivea), Ashridge Business School, John Laing, and Reading Borough Council.
Janine specialises in working with organisations to bring about positive change and implementing constructive and resourceful ways of working. A frequent presenter at international conferences and contributor to management journals, Janine is co author of “Positively Speaking The Art of Constructive Conversations with a Solutions Focus” and the “Resilience Pocketbook”
