FAQs

Within our London CIPD courses your tutor will provide unlimited support for each module. Tutors teach modules which they specialise in, offering you a wealth of expertise in each area. They will share all resources with you before every class allowing you time to prepare. They will bring the subject to life, drawing on their own experiences and those within the group.

When you sign up to any of our CIPD classes you will receive an e-textbook and get access to our student hub. The hub contains key resources to support you to successfully complete your assignments.

Each course is split into modules. At the end of each module you will have a written assessment which is marked by your tutor. You will then receive individual feedback on your assignment. If you haven’t met the assessment objectives the first time, your feedback will guide you to what you need to work on. If you have questions on the feedback you can call or e-mail your tutor for more support.

As well as learning from your tutor, you will meet a range of professionals across your CIPD course.

You will work with HR and L&D specialists during group work and discussions, when exploring case studies and completing practical assessments. You will benefit from the experience this diverse group will have gained from different industries and work environments.

Our CIPD London workshops are the perfect place to expand your professional network. Read our blog post on the importance of networking for HR for more information.

We offer CIPD London courses in 7 venues across central and outer London. We partner with universities and teaching hospitals to ensure that our London classrooms are easy to access.

We’re proud to have supported Great Ormond Street Hospital by using their training rooms for over 10 years. GOSH changes the lives of over 600 children and young people everyday.

If you enrol on a CIPD course you may also study with us at Bush House, on the Strand. This grade II listed building in the heart of central London has recently been renovated after being used by the BBC for 70 years. It’s easily reached from a number of stations including Charing Cross, Leicester Square, Holborn and City Thameslink.

You could also take your CIPD course in London Liverpool Street where we have partnered with Coventry University. Coventry University opened their London campus in 2010 and are now one of the largest providers for business related degrees in Europe. Located a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station and in the middle of both Shoreditch High Street and Aldgate Underground, this is just one of the convenient locations to take your CIPD course in London with Acacia.

If you are looking to take the CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development, you will be studying in Holborn at Birkbeck University. Birkbeck University is in the heart of London’s academic quarter surrounded by tube, mainline rail stations and bus links. This Acacia CIPD centre is close to Russell Square, Tottenham Court Road, King’s Cross and Euston station.
