After two years of uncertainty and upheaval, it feels that the world is starting (at least) to get back to normal.

Whilst learning entirely through digital means can be useful for some people when it comes to flexibility, it doesn’t suit everyone and every subject. Sometimes, you need to be in a physical setting with other students to really get to grips with a subject.

For us, face-to-face learning is one of the best ways to become really acquainted with a subject and to foster a sense of shared understanding and purpose.

We generally find that communication in a face-to-face setting is a lot easier than online, where unforeseen issues like connection problems and technology issues can sometimes impact the quality of learning. It can feel quite lonely studying online sometimes, too. That’s one of the reasons we’re so happy to be able to invite our students back into the classroom!

Taking advantage of the fact that we were able to return to classroom-based study, we caught up with some of our students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at one of our recent CIPD workshops.
