The aim of this course is to equip management professionals with the essential strategic skills and knowledge in order to effectively plan and adapt their practices when faced with complex organisational challenges, while also helping them understand how to set and deliver against long term business objectives.
Similarly to the CMI Level 7 Certificate, the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice is aimed towards senior managers and directors looking to upskill and elevate their careers.
Unlike its certificate equivalent, the CMI Level 7 Diploma covers a wider range of modules that are reflective of the tasks and responsibilities expected of senior managers, giving learners the comprehensive knowledge required to deliver long-term organisational results across their business.
The selection of modules available for this course mirror those of the CMI Level 7 Certificate, with one additional module to note: Strategic Management Project (100 hours). For the CMI Level 7 Diploma, however, a learner’s choice must total to a minimum of 370 learning hours to complete the course.
